Michael Fleming

Michael Fleming is an accomplished executive engineering and operations leader with over 30 years of experience leading and supporting complex mining operations worldwide across a number of commodities. Proven track record in optimizing operational efficiency, driving project management initiatives, and implementing strategic improvements across diverse mining environments. Expertise in operational readiness, budget management, feasibility studies and team leadership in high-stakes, multi-commodity mining projects. Adept at fostering collaboration between departments and external stakeholders to achieve production targets and enhance operational performance. He has successfully led diverse multi-cultural teams to complete feasibility, prefeasibility, and scoping level studies from projects in North and South America as well as Africa. He has also conducted mine site assessments and production studies across North America, Latin and South America, and Africa resulting in multimillion dollar annual improvements in operations, maintenance, and safety.

Mike is a licensed Professional Engineer in Mining, holds a B.Sc. in Mining Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines and an M.B.A. from Grand Canyon University.
